I provide for my family by working as an attorney. I have been blessed to meet many great people through my work, and I have seen many examples of faith and resilience as individuals work to overcome setbacks in their lives. There are many good, good people in this world, they just aren't on the front page news.

I currently operate my own law firm, Believe Legal, and I strive to work with those who want to ensure they are working on a solid foundation. My work currently focuses on political and constitutional work, business creation, business contracts, non-profits, compliance, wills and trusts, and community creation through private associations and agreements.

I operate different than many attorneys, and I work to create solid relationships with those I work with. The law is not the solution to all problems, and I strive to help people find the solutions that will work best for them.

A few examples of the type of work I do includes the following:

• Representing small businesses and ranchers in a constitutional lawsuit against the United States government against the Corporate Transparency Act;
• Providing feedback and possible solutions on problems created by recent Utah Supreme Court decisions;
• Advising churches on litigation matters that threaten their freedom of religion;
• Working with various political groups to advise on proposed legislation and language for the legislation;
• Meeting with parents or individuals to review their family needs and help structure a proper plan for when they pass away;
• Advising small to medium size businesses on compliance matters, contracts, partnerships, deal strategy, and overall business strategy;
• Working with non-profits to get IRS approved;
• Helping individuals navigate probate after a loved one passes away;
• Presenting on issues and educating others about the law;
  
• Working with alternative health practitioners to help them navigate compliance, ethics, and ways to continue helping others; and
• Helping people understand their options and best course forward when presented with various obstacles or setbacks.
