I am Austin Hepworth.
I am a Believer, Father, and Attorney.
There are many things to do or to be called in this life. I firmly believe that the most meaningful things we can do are for those around us and our fellow travelers in this life, and I have found joy in working to establish deep and meaningful connections with others.
Some of my accomplishments, experiences, training, interests, and other life experiences include:
- I am a father to eight beautiful children, and my wife and I currently home educate six of them
- I graduated first in my class and summa cum laude from Ave Maria School of Law
- I currently practice law as a business, estate planning, and constitutional attorney in my own firm, Believe Legal
- My first job out of law school was defending the freedom of speech at a firm in Indiana, where I was involved in constitutional cases across the country
- Since that time I have worked for or represented individuals and businesses in a variety of areas, including business formation, contracts, prenuptial agreements, wills and trusts, real estate, civil litigation, securities, private lending, legal compliance, tax, international tax, acquisitions, mediation (I was trained as a mediator), in house counsel, private member associations, political strategy, bill drafting, health (especially with alternative health modalities) and consumer protection
- I was selected by my classmates to be a commencement speaker and I was awarded the St. Thomas More award for excellence in character
- I graduated as the Outstanding Scholar in Business Administration and summa cum laude from the University of Utah with a minor in Mandarin Chinese
- I worked full-time and attended college full-time. My first job in college was framing churches, and my second job was at a silver refinery where I worked as the warehouse manager

- I served as a missionary in Taiwan where I learned Mandarin Chinese
- I started and ran a non-profit, Sapphire's Dream, aimed at helping to promote a culture of adoption over abortion and to help change the way that society treats women and mothers
- I love exploring religious principles and doctrines, and I have written a number of stories and books related to the exploration of religious principles
- I enjoy street hockey, pickleball, biking with the family, and ultimate frisbee
- My favorite foods include pizza, hamburgers, french fries, and ice cream
- I was never good at doing my hair, so I have had the same style of haircut (buzz cut) since I was 14 or so
- I enjoy being involved in my community, and I try to be actively involved in various community events
- I am also running for Utah Attorney General as an independent candidate with the goal of changing the culture of politics
- Donations are always welcome to help with this cause!
